Once you have added the product to your cart, please check the product details and enter your desired delivery date in the notes section of your order.
Please enter the customer information necessary for product delivery in the "Purchase Procedure".

*Customers using carrier mail such as docomo or softbank may not be able to receive emails from our store. Please make sure to enable reception for our email address "shop@moripearl.co.jp" in advance.

Payment method

You can use credit card payment, googlePay, applePay, PayPay, bank transfer, and convenience store payment.
If you are ordering by bank transfer or convenience store payment, please transfer the amount to the bank account listed in the order email or order completion screen.
If you are using convenience store payment, KOMOJU will send you an email containing the number required for payment. If you have set up to receive emails, please remove the filter for "@komoju.com" and configure your settings so that you can receive emails from "no-reply@komoju.com".

*Customers are responsible for paying bank transfer fees and convenience store payment fees (220 yen).
*Please note that convenience store payment cannot be used for payments exceeding 300,000 yen.

Regarding delivery

Normally, we will ship your order within 3 business days. (If you pay by bank transfer, we will process the shipment after confirming the transfer.)
If you would like to specify a date and time for receiving your item, please specify it in the date and time selection field in your shopping cart.

The item will be sent via Yamato Transport.

Shipping is free nationwide (domestic delivery only).

About returns and exchanges
