What is not included in the shipping fee
The following costs are not included in the shipping cost and may be paid by the recipient depending on the destination country.
- Import taxes, VAT, sales tax and other taxes
- Storage fee in the receiving country
- Redelivery fee
- Collection fee
- Any other required payments in the receiving country
Customs and Duties
Duties, other import taxes and customs fees may apply to your purchased items upon customs clearance in the recipient's country.
In this case, the recipient will be responsible for the tax and handling fees, so please pay them directly to the shipping company upon delivery. Taxes and fees vary from country to country, so please contact the customs office of the receiving country for details.
Returns and Refunds
As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if there is an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will immediately refund or exchange the item. (In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by our store.)
Conditions for accepting returns
We will only accept returns if you contact us by phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
●About the cost of return shipping and handling fees
We will cover the cost of any damage, stains, or initial defects that occur when the product arrives.
In the case of return due to customer's reasons (other than damage, soiling or initial defects of the product), the customer will be responsible for the costs.

Refunds
We will transfer the money to your designated account within 5 business days after receiving the returned product.

Please make sure that the purchaser is able to import the item.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility if your order cannot be delivered due to import restrictions imposed by customs after shipping.
