Please add the desired product to your cart.
Once you have added the product to your cart, please check the product details and enter your desired delivery date in the notes section of your order.
Please enter the customer information necessary for product delivery in the "Purchase Procedure".

Once you confirm your order by clicking "Complete Order", you will receive an order confirmation email.

*Customers using carrier mail such as docomo or softbank may not be able to receive emails from our store. Please make sure to enable reception for our email address "shop@moripearl.co.jp" in advance.

Payment method

You can use credit card payment, googlePay, applePay, PayPay, bank transfer, and convenience store payment.
If you are ordering by bank transfer or convenience store payment, please transfer the amount to the bank account listed in the order email or order completion screen.
If you are using convenience store payment, KOMOJU will send you an email containing the number required for payment. If you have set up to receive emails, please remove the filter for "@komoju.com" and configure your settings so that you can receive emails from "no-reply@komoju.com".

*Customers are responsible for paying bank transfer fees and convenience store payment fees (220 yen).
*Please note that convenience store payment cannot be used for payments exceeding 300,000 yen.

Regarding delivery

Usually, we will ship the item within 3 business days after placing your order. (If paying by bank transfer, we will process the shipment after confirming the transfer.)
If you would like to specify the date and time for receiving the item, please specify it in the date and time specification field in the cart.

Shipping is free nationwide.

About returns and exchanges

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
In that case, our store will bear the return shipping costs.
After checking our inventory status, we will replace the item with a new or equivalent item, or issue a refund.
